Consultation Bookings

• Online consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation is completed.

• If the appointment is cancelled by the clinic, a full refund or free reschedule will be offered.

• If the patient cancels at least 12 hours before, rescheduling is allowed (no refund).

• No refund for missed or last-minute cancellations.

Health Check-ups / Packages

• Refunds allowed only if the service has not been availed at all.

• Partial refunds are not applicable once tests have started.

Pharmacy & Products

​

• Medicines once sold are non-returnable, as per Indian drug laws.

Diagnostics

• Test charges are non-refundable once the sample is collected.
